BUILD IT AND THEY WILL…YOU KNOW THE REST.

From a 20,000 square foot factory on a farm in Poseyville, Indiana, Torque Customs was born. The ultimate Field of Dreams story, engineer Odis Meredith’s “Build it and they will Come “ theory has become a reality.  A virtual Disneyland for car designers, the Torque Customs state-of-the-art facility has attracted some of the best and brightest in the business. Odis has given them their temple, a warehouse full of blank canvases begging to be painted, powder coated, chromed, upholstered, wired, bolted, basically reborn along with the tools to do the job right. To Odis and his team, “Custom” is the freedom to invent and turn their wildest concepts and innovations into reality.  From customs to concourse, muscle to cruisers, low riders to monster trucks, the builds are diverse, but the quality and obsessive attention to detail remain constant. “Nothing leaves here that doesn’t scream perfection” say Meredith. “Our name is on those cars . . . forever. They are our legacy.”

Along with building the ultimate custom cars and trucks, Torque Customs is also a distributor for some of the biggest names in the automotive industry.

Exerpt from an interview on 7/22/10 with client we're building a 1963 split window Corvette for . . .

“I flew out here from Los Angeles because I had heard rumors about this place and had to see it for myself. The experience was intense. I brought Odis a project car requiring full restoration. As I entered the shop I was drooling walking past a mint '67 Camaro ready for delivery, a '32 Plymouth shell with the frame in their powder coat booth, and a '73 GTO being started up for the first time. What amazed me the most was seeing them do almost every step of the process on site. Odis even walked me to their “wall of sound” where we listened to all of the different potential stereo components. We built this car together in our heads that day and I left knowing what he promised me would far exceed my expectations and it did!"  - Josh B. (Los Angeles, CA)
